River
This was my first assignment at Ostkreuzschule in Berlin: Portrait of a river.
I choose the river Tevere in my hometown Rome, thinking it would have been easy.
I had to fly back to finish this work three times. I learned an awful lot from my amazing teacher Jörg Brüggemann during this time.
This was my very first time with a 35mm film. This series is made of the pictures you see here and all those that got lost on the way because of bad exposure and developing mistakes in the darkroom.
